We are delighted to announce a USD 35 million investment in Boston Oncology Arabia, a bio-generic drugs manufacturing company based in #SaudiArabia.  From its headquarters in Riyadh and production facility in Sudair Industrial City, the company provides vital medicines for critical conditions through the local development and manufacturing of internationally licensed, best-in-class #therapeutics. We are pleased to be on this journey with our co-investors Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group, as Boston Oncology Arabia helps to increase local production, reduce #healthcare costs, and improve access to essential #pharmaceuticals in the Kingdom. TVM Capital Healthcare’s involvement will expedite the company’s move into full formulation and fill and finish manufacturing at its local production facility. Through our global network, we will also be able to expand access to international suppliers. We are proud to be recognized as the first international fund manager investing in and operating major healthcare companies in the Kingdom. In a recent interview with Yuke Xie from the South China Morning Post SCMP, Helmut Schuehsler discusses the trend of Middle Eastern family offices and institutional investors turning their attention to #SoutheastAsia #healthcare opportunities. Our SEA team of investment professionals and operators is witnessing the tremendous growth in the sector. We recently invested in Alina Vision, a Vietnam-based eye care services provider, which is well positioned to grow substantially, offer healthy financial returns as well as measurable impact as they expand access to high-demand quality eye care across the country. In parallel, we continue to explore eye care opportunities similar to the Alina business model in the #MiddleEast, potentially creating pan-regional synergies and opening avenues for collaboration.
