Brewerkz is excited to be part of #SDWSG2024 as the official festival beer partner. Through this collaboration with DesignSingapore Council, Brewerkz blends creativity with innovation to create Citrus Honey Wheat - a beer offering a refreshing mix of zesty orange and lemon complimented by a touch of honey sweetness; contributing to the best of design showcase in Singapore.  During the festival's opening ceremony, VIPs and guests got a chance to sip on this exclusive brew while snacking on NEWGrain chips, made from spent grains (beer brewing’s secret sustainable ingredient). It’s a tasty pairing of design, innovation, and flavor. As part of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s transformation and reopening, we’re honoured to be chosen to create an inaugural house craft beer for them and their guests, providing an elevated hospitality experience. After many rounds of development and testing, we’re proud to introduce Scotts Lager. Made as an Amber Lager, the vibrant copper brown-hued beer is accented with floral pandan notes providing a tropical escape and inspired by the hotel’s lush greenery and produce from the rooftop garden. Fronting the vibrant red cans with gold foil details, the timeless façade of the Grand Hyatt Singapore was chosen given its rich history and iconic presence along the Orchard shopping belt. The depiction of lush tropical trees around the hotel showcases the history of Orchard and the many points of serenity and calm found within the property. Scotts Lager will be available at The Shop located at Grand Hyatt Singapore's lobby, at Oasis Bar or through their e-shop. We can’t wait for everyone to try it and experience the next level of hospitality at Grand Hyatt Singapore. Over the past weekend (22 – 25 August 2024), the Singapore craft beer industry came together to support Brewlander's Brewnanza Fest 2024. 8000 people attended the event where 20 local and international breweries including Brewerkz showcased over 100 unique craft beers. Hats off to John Wei and the Brewlander team for the great job done. A collaboration of brewing champions, months in the making! Brewerkz (Country Champion Brewery – Singapore) is honoured to join forces with Deadman Brewery (Country Champion Brewery – Hong Kong), and far yeast brewing (Country Champion Brewery – Japan), winners at Asia Beer Championship 2023 organsied by Asia Brewers Network. Celebrating the best of South-East Asian brewing artistry, this groundbreaking alliance has resulted in the creation of a trio of unique, innovative brews that showcase the spirit of friendship and camaraderie. Not forgetting the support by Yakima Chief Hops FWD program - a hops innovation program focused on data-driven decisions and community involvement. We are thrilled to reopen Brewerkz One Fullerton after a month-long renovation. Taking up the lease in the midst of COVID-19 was a decision we made with much trepidation. At that time, many long-standing restaurant brands in the area had chosen to close their doors for good. Over the next 18 months, the F&B industry faced a roller coaster of changing dining restrictions, and each tightening of the rules increased our anxiety. Today, the Marina Bay area is once again vibrant with the energy of locals and visitors alike. Looking back, we’re glad we took that leap of faith. #craftbeer #marinabay #onefullerton

Over the course of three weeks, 21 SMEs in the food and beverage manufacturing sector participated in an intensive program focused on decarbonizing their businesses. Jointly organized by Enterprise Singapore, the Singapore Business Federation, Bain & Company, and Persefoni, this inaugural initiative provided SMEs with practical and in-depth support on their decarbonization journey. Before the program, concepts like Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions felt foreign, and the thought of implementing a decarbonization plan seemed daunting. Now, we're better informed, equipped with the necessary tools and resources, and more motivated than ever to embark on this crucial journey—because it's a journey we all must take. Brewerkz is proud to be among the 21 companies that participated, and we've gained valuable insights from this experience. Brewerkz is excited to announce the 3rd iteration of NEWBrew we have produced for PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency. Brewed using NEWater, Singapore's brand of ultra-clean, high-grade recycled water. This round opting for a trendy twist on a traditional lager, this modern Pilsner boasts hints of tangerine and tropical fruits. NEWBrew will be featured at Singapore International Water Week (SIWW), one of the world's premier platforms to share and co-create innovative water, coastal and flood solutions to meet urban water and climate challenges. The three new can-label designs featured here highlight PUB's mission to supply good water, reclaim used water, tame storm water and resist rising seas. Enjoy it on tap at all Brewerkz outlets today! We are saddened by the news that Archipelago Brewery, one of our comrades in the Singapore craft beer industry has chosen to close this chapter after 18 years. This is a sombre reminder of the growing challenges of operating a craft beer business here in Singapore and the changing demands of consumers over time. We salute Archipelago Brewery for their years of time and effort in raising the profile of the craft beer industry here in Singapore. Brewerkz and the rest of the players in the craft beer scene will continue to work even harder to innovate and spread the love of “Singapore’s Craft Beer” to the wider community in Singapore and beyond.  

Brewerkz is glad to support Bricolage Singapore’s inaugural project – Makan’ the Change as a drinks sponsor. Held at the SATS Ltd. and Country Foods Experiential Centre at The Arts House, the project is a 6-week thematic series exploring the intersection of food and sustainability through talks & conversations, panel discussions, cooking demonstrations, booths & displays and communal dinners. Our Earthbrew Sourdough Pale Ale, brewed in collaboration with Baker & Cook is an example of how sustainable circular food systems can be achieved. However it doesn’t end there, we will continue to find new and sustainable ways to do better for ourselves, our customers and ultimately for the world we live in.
