    TapTalent.ai revenue has been growing 3.2𝐱 𝐐𝐨𝐐 That's basically revenue 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 every quarter. While that's a good point, we have a long way to go. Acknowledging, that the systems that resulted in this growth would have to be re-fixed and re-built for this growth and momentum to go forward. In the words of Hsu Ken Ooi, we'll have to repeatedly configure the growth variables to engineer more growth. Me and William Gan are actively planning for these endeavours for this quarters, with a special focus on : 1. Increasing top of the funnel activities and systems (engineered through personalisation automation ai positioning - thanks to TapTalent) 2. Coming up with better offers and incentives to promote usage. 3. Making the user experience more enhanced. And the iteration of above three (without any complications, KISS) All of this supported by a great product with a deep moat and great value (in the words of my clients) The goal for this quarter is to start creating a network effect, which typically happens from the lower part of the pyramid. My immediate action items would be : - Scaling the outbound even further. (outbound) - Tight CRM and sales discipline. (outbound) - Sales, Marketing, Educational materials with low touch points. (inbound) - Exploring open acquisition channels (inbound) - Community enabled support answers (retention enablement support ) If you're wondering what TapTalent is: We scale your outreach by 10x by auto finding, messaging, following up with people across linkedin, email, whatsapp, calls and much more. Read On 👇 Inbound recruiting success rate is at an all time low 🤯 , job applications are becoming increasingly irrelevant, although the numbers at hand might be large, the actual success rates have dropped to single digit percentages (WSJ) Getting talents would be the number one gap any organisation will face.     How to identify hot leads if you are a recruitment agency ? 1. Get intent information about your leads from TapTalent 2. Reach out to them in a personalised way via linkedin, email 🌟 You can follow the classic approach : "I have some candidates that you might be interested to look at." 👉 Gift some talent leads to your prospects, they will realise your thoughtful intimate and effective message and you may have a shot. 👉 Do this for 20 openings a day, assuming the win rate is 5%, you are guaranteed to get 30 companies interested in a month. Assuming the close ration as just 10%, you will be able to close 2-3 openings easily. Adding at least $10,000 to your pipeline. If you have an EOR model, even better as this will be recurring too. 🤝 Most importantly this will establish a vendor connection for recurring business.
