On Tuesday, Softcat attended the CRN UK Women and Diversity in Tech festival, a celebration of inclusion and empowerment within the tech industry. 🎉 What did the day entail? 🗣️ The day kicked off with a powerful speech from Baroness Tanni Grey Thompson, discussing her stories of resilience and success. 📢 Panel discussions on topics including neurodivergence, gender equity in the workplace and mentorship. 🎤 Softcat's keynote speaker, Jamie Bennett, spoke of his personal experiences, Softcat's EDI journey and the power that positivity can play in influencing change. Juliana Cabral, International Logistics Apprentice, said: "Reflecting on my day at the CRN Women and Diversity in Tech Festival, I've come away inspired and determined to contribute to a more inclusive tech landscape. The festival highlighted the need to advocate for diversity, support one another, and continue the conversation beyond the event.
