Engaging our next generation commuters from a young age! 💖 #SMRT was delighted to host an engagement talk at Woodgrove Primary School 🏫 focusing on safe and gracious commuting. During the session, ~450 students got to:   🕰️ Learn about the history of our SMRT buses 🦺 Gain insights on gracious and safe travel, including essential safety tips 🚌 Talk to our Bus Captain, who answered their curious questions   We also got the chance to introduce the 'Helping Hand' scheme 🤝 and 'Caring Commuter Champion' programme 🏆 by Caring SG Commuters.   #AllAboutBuses #SafetyFirst #WeCare

🛤️ #DoYouKnow: Sleepers are rectangular blocks supporting rails upon which trains run? 🚇   By end 2024, at 2️⃣ of our #SMRT depots — Bishan Depot (BSD) and Ulu Pandan Depot (UPD) — we will replace all ~45K ageing Sleepers! 🪵 The replacement Sleepers will either be in concrete or sustainable synthetic wood.
