Meet Technician Danial Irfan from our Line Maintenance Division, whose journey in aerospace began through an SIAEC Work-Study Programme in partnership with Temasek Polytechnic. After attaining a Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, he signed up for the comprehensive programme where the knowledge and skills he acquired has laid a solid foundation for his current role. Inspired by his father Iskandar’s journey in upskilling and supported by mentors at SIAEC, Danial is currently pursuing a part-time diploma in Aerospace Engineering. His ambition is to further develop his skills and advance within the company's dynamic career development pathways.
