Last weekend, our team had an unforgettable experience at Hay Dairies Goat Farm. 🐐 We embarked on an educational tour, learning all about how goats are cared for, fed, and milked. Not only did we have a wonderful chance to feed and pet the goats ourselves, but we also savored some fresh and nutritious goat milk to end our day! 🥛   It was delightful to see our employees bring their loved ones along, making it a special day filled with close-up interactions with these charming animals. 🚀🎉 Hear from our colleague, Naeem Mansor, Portfolio Manager at Project Management Office as he delves into our innovative Smart Inspection System!   Winning the SBR National Business Awards 2024 in the Aviation Category, our Smart Inspection System, is a collaboration with the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) under A*STAR and Rolls-Royce. Currently in the industrialisation phase, this system is set to revolutionise our inspection processes by delivering a remarkable 50% reduction in cycle process time and 80% savings in manhours.   Thank you to our amazing team and partners for making this possible! 

We recently welcomed Aerospace Mechanical Trade students from Temasek Polytechnic for an exciting Learning Journey! As part of our commitment to developing future talent in the aviation industry, the students explored our facilities, learned about aircraft science and MRO processes, and gained valuable industry exposure. We hope this experience broadens their horizons and inspires them to pursue the many opportunities available in aviation. ✈️ This Learning Journey is just one of the many initiatives SAESL and Temasek Polytechnic have jointly undertaken to develop the next generation of aviation professionals.
