Today we of Peptobiotics are pleased to announce our $6.2M Series A led by Hatch Blue's Blue Revolution Fund to mass scale our antimicrobial peptide replacement for antibiotics in aquaculture 🛡🧬🐟🦐💪 This funding round was enabled by the hard work and ingenuity of our R&D team Jhee Hong Koh, Ph.D., JEEVARATHINAM SESHAJALAM, Arnau Gasset, Jiwon P., Clarice Lee, Min Gin Toi, Ibrahim Muhammad, Tiara Kenchana, Damien Toh and many others - thank you all for your persistence. Peptobiotics is pleased to have worked with plasmidsaurus to make whole vector nanopore sequencing available to the Singapore ecosystem 🧬😎 We now mostly use their service routinely instead of Sanger sequencing, since it is more robust with cleaner reads, doesn’t require primers, and gives you the entire vector map for only $15 per plasmid on a quick turnaround.
