  • Congratulations to NCCS Assoc Prof Ann Lee-Lim and collaborators from the National University Hospital on their Genetics in Medicine study! Using data from 232 colorectal cancer patients from Singapore and the United States, the study showed that using popmax, a computational strategy which uses the highest variant frequency in a given population, lessened the misclassification of germline variants in underrepresented populations with limited data.
