Developing technologies to decarbonize power generation is not the only way for us to make a difference. Recently, 50 members of our Singapore team, including colleagues from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, took part in a beach cleanup at East Coast Park. Staff from various functions such as sales, procurement and human resources rolled up their sleeves and picked up litter around the park as part of the Clean and Green Singapore campaign. 🗑️ We believe that everyone has the responsibility to care for and protect our #environment. Even small actions, when done collectively, can go a long way in shaping a #sustainable future for all. #YearofPublicHygiene

#Sarawak is on a mission to transform itself. By 2030, the largest state in #Malaysia aims to be a thriving innovation-driven society, with economic prosperity, social inclusivity and a sustainable environment enjoyed by all. To power this growth, Sarawak is taking steps to evolve its infrastructure and energy systems. 🌱 Guided by these targets, we are honored to work with Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (PETROS) and Sinohydro to develop the most advanced power generation facility in Sarawak. We will be equipping the 500MW Miri GTCC power plant with our industry-leading M701F gas turbine and a steam turbine. Once the plant is in operation, it will be capable of co-firing up to 30% hydrogen and will receive our best-in-class operations and maintenance services. We look forward to deploying our deep power generation expertise to develop this game-changing facility that will serve the needs of Sarawak’s more than 2 million residents.
