The State of Industrial Cybersecurity 2021 by Forrester reported that only 42% of manufacturing firms have full visibility into their OT environments. Lack of visibility can result in threats being undetected and can cause prolonged disruptions and damage to manufacturing processes. You Can’t Protect What You Can’t See. With MicroSec’s MicroIDS, you can monitor your network 24/7 and gain visibility all the way to level 0/1, at the device layer at the edge. MicroIDS detects anomalies, isolates the potentially compromised device or network, and instantly responds to mitigate the attack and stop it from spreading to the entire network. The Master of Computing Project Expo was a fantastic showcase of the outstanding Capstone projects from MComp General Track students, where innovative solutions and technological advancements took center stage! Students demonstrated their skills in practical application, problem-solving, and creative thinking within the field of computing. This inspiring event organised by National University of Singapore (NUS) provided a platform for both students and industry professionals to engage, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations. It beautifully illustrated the culmination of their hard work, research, and development throughout their academic journey. Andrei Kulish, our Technical Product Lead at MicroSec was one of the speakers at the event and shared his expertise in IoT security. Other speakers were Thorsten Neumann (龚拓思), Technology Lead, SV Ventures, Standard Chartered Bank, Beethika Tripathi, Senior Product Manager, Microsoft, and Jeff Adie, Principal Scientist and Solutions Architect, NVIDIA, among others. A big thank you to all the speakers for sharing your insights and inspiring a young generation of tech innovators. A huge thank you to the organizers, Vivy Suhendra, Prasanna Karthik Vairam, and the rest of the team for putting together such an incredible event. We look forward to meeting again at future expos and events! #MicroSec #MCompExpo #NUS #OTCybersecurity #IoTSecurity #Innovation #FutureOfComputing
