Private Credit Returns vs. Returns from other asset classes: Private credit is a reassuring investment option in a volatile market. 🛡 🔐 Kilde delivers 12.2% average net returns. But how does this compare with other asset classes? Dive in as Kilde’s CEO and Co-Founder Radek shares some key insights. Here are the four key takeaways 👇 1️⃣ P2P and P2B Lending High Yield Bonds generate high returns from 8-15%, whereas the risk is relatively high. 2️⃣ Investment Grade Bonds, Money Market Funds, Treasury Bills, Deposits and Cash Accounts have low risk and lower returns. 3️⃣ Private Credit’s losses have been limited. If you take into account the volatility of the high-yield bond market, you’re way better off with private credit than holding high-yield bonds. At the same time, private credit’s returns are on par with p2p lending and sometimes on par with high-yield bonds, depending on which bond you compare. 4️⃣ Private credit is the only asset class that offers diversification without sacrificing returns. This unique feature, coupled with its rapid growth, allows investors to diversify and improve their average returns.
