We are incredibly proud of our teams at GLP Europe for reaching an agreement with Nike on a 20-year lease agreement for a new state-of-the-art UK #logistics campus and national supply chain hub at Magna Park Corby.   A 35-acre site spanning more than 1.3 million square feet of logistics warehousing, offices, sport and recreation facilities in a single building, the campus will serve as the principal hub of Nike’s UK #supplychain.

We are proud to share that GLP ALFALINK Sagamihara has received Best New Mega Development (Silver Award) at the 2023 MIPIM Asia Awards! GLP ALFALINK Sagamihara is a massive-scale new age logistics campus in Greater Tokyo spanning a gross floor area of 680,000 square meters, making it one of the largest of its kind in Japan. Through ALFALINK Sagamihara, GLP aims to spearhead the evolution of logistics facilities by providing a modern open-hub platform which promotes business collaboration and community coexistence. This is embodied through the "Ring" a circularly designed common building located in the center of the site, which includes meeting rooms, a childcare center, cafeterias and even a sports court in the vicinity. Over 230 community events have been organized onsite and the facility is also used as a natural disaster relief base to receive, transport and deliver relief supplies. The park demonstrates excellence in sustainability with rooftop solar panels which generate renewable energy to meet a portion of the park's operational needs and employs water purification and recycling technologies.

GLP Guarulhos II has won "Best Industrial & Logistics Project" at the 2023 GRI Awards presented by GRI Club. The 500,000 SQM grade A logistics park is one of the largest in the country and is designed to LEED Gold certification standards. "We are honored to receive this prestigious recognition which would not be possible without the commitment of our team and partners involved in this project,” said Mauro Dias, President of GLP Brazil. “We continue to spearhead the industry to develop the next generation of modern and sustainable logistics facilities.” Congratulations to the GLP Brasil team!
