PSA Group CEO Kim Pong ONG recently hosted Saudi Arabia's Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources H.E. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef and government officials and business leaders from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at PSA Horizons, our corporate headquarters in Singapore. The delegation enjoyed a bird's eye view of the operations at PSA's Pasir Panjang Terminal. During the tour, topics of discussion included port operations, supply chains, Tuas Port, and port ecosystem connectivity. The delegates got to learn more about Tuas Port during their visit to the PSA Innovation Centre, and were also brought on a virtual tour of the megaport. We hope it was an insightful visit! The inaugural FISH Introductory Session was held in Chongqing, China, bringing together colleagues from various PSA business units in China! 🙌 During the workshop, participants got to take part in activities that taught them the practical applications of the FISH! principles: 𝘉𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘋𝘢𝘺, 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦. The participants also got the opportunity to pen their first FISH! messages of appreciation, sharing stories of gratitude with one another. 💌 🤝 This is a testament of how we collaborate across our global business units and cultivate a positive and vibrant Smell of the Place across PSA! #TeamPSA

Group CEO Kim Pong ONG recently gave a guest lecture to graduate students from the National University of Singapore's Master of Science (Maritime Technology and Management) programme, whom we hosted at PSA Horizons, our corporate headquarters in Singapore! 📚📖 The students gleaned insights from Kim Pong as he shared about his experience at PSA and the growth journey of the organisation over the years, inspiring students about the maritime industry in Singapore. He also elaborated on PSA's role as a leading global port operator and how we are enabling digital solutions at each stage of the supply chain. 🌐 💡 Besides gaining knowledge about the industry, the graduate students also toured PSA's Innovation Centre, learning about the Group's innovation and sustainability efforts before enjoying a panoramic view of our Pasir Panjang Terminals in Singapore. 🙌🎈 #TeamPSA #Innovation #NUSCMS #NUSMTM #NUSCDE #NUSISEM

Recently, some of our colleagues from Baltic Hub Container Terminal in Poland attended our signature in-house Catfish program, aimed to equip participants with the mindsets and methodologies needed to foster an innovative culture at work. 🗨 The participants got to glean insights from our Group CEO Ong Kim Pong on the importance of innovation, and also got busy with activities which required both creativity and teamwork.
