About us

Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark (Landmark) is dedicated to the publication of research in biological science. Landmark has been constructing the largest peer-reviewed "Encyclopedia of Bioscience" since 1996, with the help of over 1000 managing editors supporting the creation of this valuable scientific resource for scientists across the globe. Starting from 2021, our international board of research-active academic Editors, led by Editor-in-Chief Graham Pawelec, is comprised of leaders in their respective fields. Landmark is indexed within SCIE (Web of Science), MEDLINE (PubMed), Scopus, DOAJ, Europe PMC, CAPlus/SciFinder and other databases. The latest impact factor is 3.3 in 2023. Landmark is a modern forum of scientific communication for global researchers, without regard to gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or socio-economic status. Data and information useful to investigators in any discipline in cellular and molecular biology of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells, including studies related to biochemistry, biophysics, physiology, pathology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and other related fields will be published following peer-review. Submissions for publication in Landmark include reviews and research articles in basic science, as well as short communications and editorials.
