The acquisition of a pair of premium rental apartments in Shenzhen and Osaka via two joint ventures 2. The launch of the first #YOTEL in #Tokyo to be opened in early 2025 as an extension of our current extended-stay portfolio 3. The opening of 8 new properties across #Bahrain, #Cambodia, #China, and #Singapore   Our most recent openings in China reinforce our foothold in the country and expand our diverse offerings in the region.   Fraser Place Wujiaochang Shanghai, our second property in #Shanghai, opened on 15 June. Located in Yangpu District's New Jiangwan City, it is surrounded by internet giants, high-tech innovation enterprises, multinational corporate headquarters, and renowned global universities   Modena by Fraser Nansha #Guangzhou opened on 1 July. At Frasers Hospitality, we set out to make a positive impact and enrich the lives of people in the communities around us. Last week, our Singapore properties united to serve a good cause, embodying the spirit of Frasers Living. Our staff came together over the weekend to volunteer at Willing Hearts, a local #soupkitchen that serves daily meals to over 70 locations across #Singapore. A team of 20 employees donned their hairnets, rolled up their sleeves and cooked up a storm, preparing over 1,000 meals for the underserved, including the elderly, disabled, low-income families, single-parent households, and migrant workers. Frasers Hospitality UK is delighted to announce the launch of Pride365, a new Employee Led Inclusion Group (ELIG). This initiative has been designed to enhance the experiences of our LGBTQIA employees across all levels of our business. The formation of the group is the result of collective efforts across Frasers Hospitality, Frasers Property, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin to foster an inclusive workplace.  Pride365 will officially launch on the 1st of June, marking the start of Pride Month, a time dedicated to recognising and celebrating the experiences and contributions of the #LGBTQIA community. In commemoration, we will be sharing a range of educational resources throughout the month to promote understanding and inclusion. #Nigeria celebrated its national Children’s Day this past week, marking the importance of our children as the future of our societies and raising awareness for issues that affect them. In Fraser Suites #Abuja, our staff played host to the Victorine Home for Children for a fun-filled day as we engaged the children in various games and dance activities. In commemoration of Children’s Day, Fraser Suites Abuja is pleased to announce a one-year educational sponsorship for two talented children in hope to enrich and empower their lives.
