[ ⭐ Renewal of the frame agreement with “HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering” (HD KSOE)] ⭐ We are very pleased and proud to announce that on October 29, 2024, Samuel Zouaghi – CRYOSTAR President, Roger Dambach – CRYOSTAR Executive Director of LNG Marine Business Unit, and Woo-Chul Kwon – HD KSOE General Manager of procurement team, signed the renewal of the frame agreement that has bound the two companies together since 2019. ⭐ The signing ceremony was held in Seoul, South Korea, at HD KSOE’s premises. ⭐ The new frame agreement runs from 2025 to 2026. ✅Samuel Zouaghi: “Our client expressed a positive feeling about his customer experience with CRYOSTAR in the execution of the project as well as in the continuous improvement actions deployed. It is on the basis of these performances that he is renewing his confidence in us. We would like to thank him warmly for this long-term partnership”. ✅Roger Dambach: “The cooperative work of our Cryostar teams, coupled with the increase in our production and testing capacity, has enabled us to secure the loyalty of our customer. [Vincent,  Head of the “Mechanical Design of New Equipment” Engineering Department at CRYOSTAR's Technical Division🚀]  ▶️ Find out more about Vincent's career and what he has to say! ⭐Vincent, Aeronautical Engineer, is a graduate of the ESTACA school (2011 - 2016), specializing in turbomachinery and aerodynamics. He draws on 4 years' professional experience in the Paris region, where he worked as an aerodynamic design engineer in the automotive, then in aviation sectors for Safran company, before applying to CRYOSTAR. ⭐He was recruited to the position of Aerodynamic Design Engineer in CRYOSTAR's Technical Department in 2020.  Since January 2024, he is in charge of the “Mechanical Design of New Equipment” Design Office. ✅ “I'm lucky enough to be part of the CRYOSTAR family of managers. My role is purely managerial, backed by my technical skills, useful to steer the business. My goal was to move into management, and I had talked about it during my career interviews. When there was a change of organization within the Technical Department, our Technical Director encouraged me to apply for the position of Team Manager, believing that my human qualities were well suited to the job. [ ⭐ CRYOSTAR's Training Center expands its range of training courses] The vocation of the Training Center is to develop tailor-made content, based on the equipment and solutions purchased by customers all over the world.  Sandrine Ruiz ⭐Cryostar: “Customer training engineering is a real team effort. We're thinking about developing methods of delivery that complement face-to-face teaching, in order to vary our approach to training. Digital teaching methods, such as tutored learning on return from training, are being studied. We are also working on educational assistance after technical training, the introduction of a digital FAQ and a new training catalog. In addition, a hands-on training area with pumps and turbines is due to open in 2025”. Whether it's for crew members on LNG carriers, customers using distribution pumps or all types of turbines, Cryostar provides an appropriate training response. ▶️ Key figures 2023: ✅ 133 trainees (profile: mostly technicians or crew members) ✅ 465 hours of training delivered ✅ 97% satisfaction rate ⭐The Cryostar Training Center is set to play an increasingly important role in our ability to generate a positive customer experience. ⭐ Thank you to our partners who sell and service our pumps and cryogenic solutions around the world for their commitment and participation in our Distribution BU annual “Business Partners Meeting”!  Asia was once again strongly represented this year, although Europe was not outdone. A Canadian partner also made the trip to CRYOSTAR France. 🙏 ✅This eagerly-awaited meeting provided an opportunity for rich exchanges and feedback between our various internal departments and our business partners, distributors and service partners. ✅The year in review and the roadmap to 2025 were detailed, focusing on CRYOSTAR's key points, activities, challenges and strategy for the coming years, as well as the strategy of the Distribution Business Unit: review of the markets situation, outlook and vision of the future. 💡 Claire Rivollier, BU Distribution Director: “These face-to-face days are extremely useful for good cooperation between all the players involved, giving us the opportunity to share a wealth of information with our partners.
