In response to the growing global imperative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we at Bromma have conducted thorough life cycle assessments on several spreader models to determine their environmental impact. Our greenhouse gas emission calculations and the life cycle assessment methodology used are based on the internationally recognised ISO 14067 standard. It allows for a holistic examination of emissions associated with the production, use, transportation and maintenance of our spreaders. By employing a standardized approach, the comparison ensures consistency and reliability in assessing environmental performance. You can take a look at the carbon footprint declarations and read more about our climate commitment on our website!

Bromma Spreader Monitoring System (SMS) is the perfect solution when you want to further improve efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime of your spreader fleet. Here are some of SMS’s features and top reasons to start using it: 1. Spreader Health Overview: Rather than driving to the crane-mounted spreader and first looking for the problem, your service technicians now know what they need to do before they even leave for the site of the crane spreader. 2. Full Troubleshooting: Get a precise focus on essential tasks with detailed information on issues and recommended solutions. This system is like a good alarm clock and is designed to provide you with the details you need to fix or avoid potential problems. 3. Maintenance Planning: Gain a comprehensive overview of planned maintenance, including utilization-based scheduling and customizable options to meet the specific needs of your terminal. 4. Maximize Uptime: Utilize statistics on performance and historical data to optimize the long-term usage of your spreader fleet. The system maps past spreader fault areas and spreader KPIs to identify critical "risk areas" that could lead to spreader downtime or underperformance, facilitating proactive maintenance strategies.
