We wrapped up a month of dinners with Michelin-starred chefs Arnaud Dunand and Diego Grimberg. Working alongside the chefs from UNA at the Alkaff Mansion and Modern European restaurant au balcon at The Garage, they graced our dining tables with added innovation, creativity and a pinch of stardust. Sentosa’s first French-Japanese restaurant, Camille is a celebration of romance, named and dedicated to the greatest love of Monet’s life and muse, for whom he painted 50 artworks of and almost always with flowers. This passion for flowers is creatively expressed through the restaurant’s centrepiece as guests arrive through the grand staircase featuring the artistic kinetic light installation resembling flowers that bloom. 22.04.24 - We were excited to try for the first time in Singapore, Rubia Gallega - what’s known to be one of the best beef for steaks in the world.
