Currently Arcanist supports specifying "repository.callsign" in the .arcconfig file which is stored in the root of a repository.

Unfortunately if one is not using Callsigns on their Phabricator instance, and the repository has been cloned from a URL not listed with Phabricator then Arcanist doesn't resolve the repository, so the review is posted without a repository reference.

Could we have a "repository.short-name" option added to associate reviews via Short Names?
