Jonströmer is a Swedish business executive and entrepreneur known for her extensive career spanning over three decades, primarily in C-suite roles and on various boards. She embarked on her business journey at the tender age of 15, achieving millionaire status by 17, and simultaneously completing her university education. In 1994, Jonströmer's career took a significant turn as she was appointed as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Frontec AB, making her the youngest Asian female MD in a publicly listed European IT company. Her tenure was marked by pivotal projects with major shipping conglomerates and governmental ministries, contributing to the development of one of the world's largest e-commerce trading networks. This network facilitated connections between Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia, enhancing regional trade and digital commerce.

Jonströmer is celebrated for her innovative mindset and leadership philosophy, characterized by a strong commitment to curiosity, design thinking, and a culture fostering integrity, accountability, empowerment, and collaboration. Her ventures into renewable energy from 2007 onwards underscore Jonströmer's commitment to sustainable development, innovation, and building business ecosystem. She has contributed to the field with several patents in geothermal energy technology, made strategic investments in companies that align with her vision. Her investment portfolio includes successful exits from ventures such as Mobeon, Åkerströms, Meur Networks, Trux, Spring Mobil, and OnePhone.

In 2009, she founded Gripsholmsviken Real Estate AB and Gripsholmsskolan, with the latter becoming one of Sweden's top primary schools by 2019. Her leadership at BrainHeart Capital, a family office and Europe's largest focused fund on wireless technologies, and her ventures such as BrainHeart Energy AB and Antarez ClimateTech Capital, further illustrate her commitment to technological advancement and sustainability.

In 2022, Jonströmer has founded the Regeneration Nature Alliance, focusing on AI, technology, nature conservation & restoration. And the Stockholm Climate Leadership Forum, fostering dialogue on climate change & sustainable investments. These platforms aim to unite leaders across sectors to address global environmental challenges through sustainable investments and collaborative efforts.
