Wallenborn Transports is happy to announce that Nina Strippel has joined the Wallenborn Group as of today as the Managing Director for Wallenborn Germany GmbH. Nina is responsible for Germany and Poland, based out of the Wallenborn Frankfurt office. Nina has 25 years experience within several areas of the Airfreight industry, having served in multiple customer facing and operational roles. Nina spent the last 11 years in senior positions at LUG Aircargo Handling GmbH, based at the busiest EU air-hub, Frankfurt airport. Nina brings a wealth of experience, know-how and credibility that will benefit our customers and teams in Germany and Poland. In Nina Strippel's words, "I'm honoured to have been given the opportunity to lead two major countries within Wallenborn Transports European network. Together with the teams, we will focus on the company's goals for operational excellence and growth." When theoretical knowledge meets practical application: The DT en logistique apprentices from class 3tcgl/f of the Lycée technique in Lallange were on tour to find out how they will apply the knowledge they have acquired at professional school in practice after their apprenticeship. Many thanks to Wallenborn Transports S.A., Pitt Ney and Ram Menon for the insight behind the scenes. An insight that showed the apprentices two important points: - In addition to trucks and dispatchers, a perfect transport organisation requires many more cogwheels that interlock seamlessly. - Their professional training provides them with the basis for continuous further development in the exciting and demanding world of logistics.
