Now it's time for us to say goodbye and good luck to our LIA student, Henrik Jensen. Henrik studies at NBI/Handelsakademin where he is pursuing a degree in Purchasing and Supply Management. With us, he worked on a project where he thoroughly reviewed all our fasteners in the replenishment warehouse. The goal was to ensure that we have the right materials in the right place in the right quantity, thereby giving us better control over purchasing, replenishment, and consumption. Henrik has done a thorough job, reviewing approximately 600 items and proposing that we should have about 90 items in a replenishment rack out in the factory. The remaining items will be managed through the central warehouse and via purchasing. The result of Henrik's work means that we will have a much better overview of fastener material handling, potential cost savings, and more efficient purchasing processes. Bedros Kabranian is a prominent baker in Sweden with an impressive track record, including several Nordic and international titles. Kabranian is known for his creativity and innovation in baking, including the creation of the popular "croissant cube," a new variant of the traditional croissant that has garnered significant attention on social media. He is a popular teacher and conducts masterclasses both nationally and internationally. Today, Bedros runs the bakery Socker Sucker, located at Drottninggatan in Stockholm, together with star pastry chef Frida Bäcke. 🎉 🎉 🎉 Congratulations to Malviala OY – we are very excited to deliver your new rusk production line! 🎉 🎉 🎉 We are pleased to announce that we have been entrusted to supply an industrial line consisting of two tunnel ovens to the Finnish company Malviala OY/Elonen, a prestigious company founded in 1966, which is investing in a new rusk production line. In addition to the tunnel ovens, we are also delivering a crisp roll machine and two ambient cooling conveyors. Both ovens are equipped with a 19” widescreen PLC screen, wire mesh belt, and air circulation with recipe-controlled fan speed. The rusks are baked in the first tunnel oven and then cooled on a cooling conveyor before continuing their journey into the rusk breaker, which breaks the rusks. They are then dried in tunnel oven 2 and then cooled again on the subsequent cooling conveyor. In this project, we are collaborating with Baron OY, who is the main design and project management partner in rebuilding of the bakery.
