Today we inaugurated Sweden's first big agrivoltaic park ☀️🌾 Renewable energy from solar combined with wheat and rapeseed from Ekoväx i Norden AB. The energy is bought by Ljusgårda contributing to their vertical farming 🥬 Happy to see big interest from politicians with party leader Muharrem Demirok together with Rickard Nordin and local representatives from Gullspångs kommun. Nya besked från regeringen. Det gröna avdraget på solceller sänks från 20 till 15 procent från den 1 juli 2025. En tråkig utveckling, men det visar också på solenergins konkurrenskraft. Beskedet innebär även att subventionen för mikroproduktion av förnybar el avskaffas den 1 januari 2026. Synd att man inte fortsatt gynnar alla som tar saken i egna händer och producerar egen förnybar el. #solceller #grönteknik #subvention #budget #regering

Do you know what energy you are using? ⚡️ Energy accounts for 73% of global CO2 emissions. Despite this, energy is one of the least traceable products. Guarantees of origin are only verified annually, making it impossible to know the energy used. In a pilot with Spritju we are trying to solve this, by verifying the energy source on an hourly basis. A pilot aimed to increase traceability and support the energy transition to renewable sources. "To succeed in the climate transition, it is important to provide transparent information about what energy we consume to be able to shift our consumption to green energy sources. The current system of guarantees of origin is ineffective. A more transparent system will also result in increased compensation for solar producers," says Sebastian Back, Business Manager Energy Services at Svea Solar.
