Turns rescued surplus food from supermarkets and suppliers into delicious meals sold as catering and restaurant. Excess food is given to charity to make sure our chain is free from waste and inspire others to do the same. Job opportunities are given to people outside the labour market. Our main focus is minimizing waste, turning it into a profitable and sustainable business. FAST FACTS: > Our goal is at least 50% rescued produce per sold meal. > We strive zero intern food waste, by offering doggie bags during catering events and keeping collaborative shelters pre-notified during larger events. > Electric cargo bikes hand out our deliveries within Stockholm. > Costumers are encouraged to order our catering without one use materials and we only use environmentally friendly as such. > 10% discount when bringing your own take away box to our restaurant. > Furniture in our restaurant for sale.
