Meet Charlotta Mantell, Co-Founder and CMO. Her journey with horses began at eight in a riding school, where she fell in love with the horses and riding. Before venturing into the equestrian world full-time, Charlotta had a successful career as Head of Experience Center and Creative Director at Ericsson, a leading telecom tech company. Yet, her heart yearned for something more meaningful, something that merged her technological knowledge with her passion for horses. Driven by a desire to deepen the connection between humans and horses, Charlotta co-founded Rider’s position. According to figures from the Swedish Farmers' Union (LRF), the biggest challenge for the horsetech companies is to change behavior and old habits. Meet our team - Isabella Ramalho "Hi, my name is Isabella, I'm Brazilian and I've been living in Sweden for 3 years. I specialize in digital communication and have a postgraduate degree in User Experience (UX). Throughout my career, I've worked in various industry sectors and, since January, I've been marketing manager at Rider's Position, focusing mainly on social media and user experience. In this role, my main objective is to tangibly increase the impact on social media, elevate the user experience and strengthen the company's brand message. My experience and passion for photography help me approach both the marketing strategy perspective and the creative content production side, which offers me the opportunity to get in touch with horses and get closer to and better understand the equestrian world and its audience. As well as reactivating skills and honing my abilities, this internship at Rider's Position offers me the chance to become even more integrated into the Swedish market and culture, and I hope that this experience will open doors to future opportunities."

I've worked hard, earned citizenship, and thrived in its diverse culture. With experience in digital marketing and customer service, plus a degree in Business Information Systems and pursuing a Master's in Management Information Systems, I'm excited about the chance to join Rider Team's marketing  team as a  part time intern. Meet Our Team - Jamilia S. "I'm Jamilia, originally from Kyrgyzstan but now calling Sweden home for the past three wonderful years. I hold a bachelor's degree in marketing and I absolutely love diving into the world of online marketing. I possess seven years of experience in sales, sales marketing, and leadership roles. Recently, I got the chance to join an incredible company for an internship in the Rider's Position, and it's been such a rewarding experience. My primary role involves prioritizing SEO efforts to enhance the online visibility and foster growth through digital marketing strategies for the company. Responsibilities include website maintenance, content creation such as blog posts, and occasional assistance with social media platform management. My hope is that this internship will not only provide me with invaluable skills and experiences but also serve as a springboard for my future career in online marketing.
