This week tour in Skåne for our senior consultant Agneta Larhed continued with the Future of Swedish & Danish Life Science in Lund, on August 29, under the theme Funding, AI, and Factors for Growth arranged by Life Science Sweden with Medicon Village as main partner.   💥 Interesting talks on the funding climate; 🗨 do we see a positive trend now, or later? 🗨 AI - it can be very useful, but not for everything.   Success story from BONESUPPORT AB; 🗨 you need to know your customers, really know them, and to have an engaged team.   Today, August 30 started with a visit to the lab and GMP-facility of Zelmic AB, our newest CTR-group sister company. They have what is needed, including competent and nice personnel!   The rest of the day was spent with fellow formulation nerds in the Sweden Drug Delivery Industry Group. Always fun and inspiring. Efter tre intensiva Almedalsdagar med seminarier, minglande och diskuterande, har jag samlat några synpunkter som återkommit i olika sammanhang: 📌 Sverige strävar efter att fortsätta vara en ledande nation inom Life Science. 📌 Hela ekosystemet med expertkunskap i läkemedelsutveckling möjliggör att innovationer blir verklighet, att branschen kan växa och utbilda nästa generations läkemedelsexperter 📌 Vi behöver bli bättre på att uppmärksamma att Life Science inte bara bidrar till god hälsa, utan även är en basnäring som aktivt stärker vårt välstånd. 📌 Det finns en stark vilja till samarbete mellan akademi och tidig utveckling, till exempel genom initiativ som Sci Life Lab och Swedeliver. 📌 Behovet av att förenkla genomförandet av kliniska studier i Sverige är fortfarande stort. 📢 Jag har också pratat om den viktiga frågan om hållbarhet – ekonomisk, social och ekologisk, och är imponerad av de aktörer som tar initiativ i sin närhet och aldrig ger upp! Till exempel arbetar man för att byta från drivgasinhalatorer till pulverinhalatorer för att minska utsläpp av växthusgaser och att skapa miljöcertifieringar för receptfria läkemedel på apotek.   💡 Det mest inspirerande med Almedalen är alla engagerade människor som vill vara med och skapa ett bättre samhälle. Det finns många sådana eldsjälar inom Life Science-världen, inte bara här i Almedalen. Vi träffar dem varje dag när vi jobbar med våra kunder!
