We strengthen the self-esteem of young people Progress Me helps young people who are suffering from eating disorder and contribute with simplified tools for good help. By working to strengthen self-esteem and self-image, we not only help people who have an eating disorder, but also reduce the risk of developing one. We are working with evidence-based methods that builds on cognitive behavioral therapy.
