The introduction of PAS 2161:2024 marks a breakthrough in road condition monitoring for English local authorities. Traditionally reliant on costly survey vehicles, road condition data can now be collected more efficiently and accurately with modern technology. Last week we went on bi-annual company trip. It was a three day event at Ystad Saltsjöbad, and it was a memorable blend of work, celebration, and relaxation. We kicked off with dynamic workshops focused on innovation, building the world's largest roadmap, and aligning with our core values and strategy. These sessions fueled creative thinking and gave us an opportunity to get input from all people in all departments. But it wasn’t all work! We also took time to celebrate a major milestone: 100 million units sold of our TPMS in automotive - an incredible achievement. The party was filled with laughter, great food, and shared memories, while we reflected on this huge success. In between, there was plenty of time to enjoy the spa, participate in fun activities, and take part in training sessions to keep things productive. It was a perfect mix of team bonding and inspiration, and a reminder of what makes NIRA Dynamics so special - our people! This was truly an unforgettable trip that left everyone recharged and ready to tackle the next chapter.
