Three years ago, I remember listening in on an internal Mavenoid workshop we were arranging outside of Lisbon when I first heard our co-founder Shahan Lilja talking about The Effortless Experience and how it inspired him to create Mavenoid. I picked up a copy soon after and it has served as a guiding star when talking to our customers about truly delivering a seamless Customer Support Experience, with resolution at the center.
