Därför flyttar If och Nordea nu ut flera livsviktiga hjärtstartare, som tidigare varit inne på utvalda Nordeakontor, så att de sitter på utsidan av byggnaderna, tillgängliga för flera i samhället, dygnet runt. A united Topdanmark and If will become Denmark’s second largest insurance company Sampo Group has today announced the preliminary result of the Group's offer to Topdanmark's shareholders to acquire the remaining shares: Topdanmark's shareholders have accepted Sampo plc's offer. This paves the way for the planned integration of Sampo's now fully owned insurance companies, If Insurance and Topdanmark, into a combined entity. "This is truly great news. The result means that we can plan for the journey towards creating a leading insurance company in Denmark together with Topdanmark. If and Topdanmark each bring a strategic foundation that strongly complements each other. By integrating Topdanmark into If, we combine the best of both companies into one", says Morten Thorsrud, CEO of If P&C Insurance. 👉 Right now, business operations will continue as usual, and there will be no changes to our customer relationships or partnership agreements.
