Work hard and get happy at work? I know it might sound like a paradox and even provoking, but it is possible. It is not the hours we put in but what we put in those hours. It is the attitude we take to our work and the people we work with that makes all the difference. "Picture this: It's late, way past midnight. The office is dim, just me and Pär, my trusty developer. We're super focused on our project, fueled by caffeine and determination. As exhaustion threatens to set in, we take breaks to fly a remote helicopter around the office – our little escape from work, and bam, we have energy again like two 3-year-olds after a sugar dose."
