Another Green deal has been done 🤝 Stadshypotek AB, Handelsbanken's wholly owned mortgage arm, made a return to the SEK Green covered bond market yesterday, as it issued a second Green bond in its home currency.   In a SEK market beginning to slow down, a new Green bond from Stadshypotek was welcomed by the market. With investor orders that peaked just over SEK 10 billion, Stadshypotek was able to tighten the spread from an initial guidance of  35/37bp over mid-swaps, down to a final outcome of  34bp. Compared to the conventional Stadshypotek curve, the so-called greenium or saving amounted to 5 basis points, a very strong outcome in today's markets.   "In Handelsbanken, we recognise the opportunity to support our customers in their sustainable transition in various ways. We are pleased to announce that Moody’s has affirmed all Handelsbanken’s credit ratings and at the same time changed the outlook to stable from negative. Moody’s acknowledges the Bank’s strong asset quality, robust capitalisation and ability to navigate in challenging economic conditions.   The Bank’s CFO Carl Cederschiöld comments the decision: “It is very satisfactory that Moody’s has taken this decision, which I see as an acknowledgment of our way of conducting banking. It is also pleasing that they emphasize the strength of both the asset and liability sides of the balance sheet.” #Handelsbanken

Handelsbanken introduceert Vastgoedbeleggers Monitor: positief sentiment onder particuliere vastgoedbelegger 🏡 Handelsbanken heeft in samenwerking met Kantar onderzoek gedaan onder particuliere vastgoedbeleggers en de resultaten hiervan samengevat in het vandaag gepubliceerde document “De Nederlandse vastgoedmarkt 2024, onderzoek onder particuliere vastgoedbeleggers”. Tijdens het onderzoek is onder meer gevraagd naar het sentiment onder particuliere vastgoedbeleggers. Deze is omgezet in de Handelsbanken Vastgoedbeleggers Monitor. Met een score van 51 (op een schaal van -200 tot 200) valt de Monitor dit jaar licht positief uit.
