Gulliksson har biträtt DUX-koncernen vid försäljningen av fastighetsbolag                          Advokatbyrån Gulliksson har agerat rådgivare till Dux Industrier & Fastigheter AB i samband med DUX-koncernens försäljning av Malmö Hotellinvest AB som är ägare till den anrika hotellbyggnaden Duxiana i Malmö. DUX-koncernens huvudsakliga verksamhet är att tillverka och sälja sängar och möbler. This week, Gulliksson's Magnus Dahlman and Therese Grennard have represented BSH (BSH (Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte) against Electrolux in C-339/22 before the Grand Chamber of the CJEU in a very important and much discussed patent case.
