Our talented bar team has crafted exclusive anniversary cocktails, each infused with an ingredient produced at or by the hotel. To start the tasting experience with a bang, we invited the cocktail genius David Kringlund to join forces with our acclaimed head bartender, Anton Windmar, to explore the menu.

We are delighted to announce that two wins were awarded to the Cadier Bar in the Bartenders' Choice Award 2024 - Best Cocktail Menu and Best Bartender in Sweden, won by head bartender Anton Windmar.    "Att få detta erkännande är ett bevis på det hårda arbete och det hantverk som ligger bakom varje cocktail. We are pleased to announce that By Mathias Dahlgren has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement of the Year Award in the Falstaff Nordic Restaurant Guide, Sweden. The guide features the top 110 restaurants in Sweden, with three of Grand Hôtel's establishments – Seafood Gastro, Matbaren, and Grand Soleil – receiving high scores. Read the press release below.

We are celebrating our 150th anniversary with a collaboration with the OMAKA brewery, resulting in our beer named 1874. This exclusive beer, influenced by European flavors, is a blend of traditional German kellerbier style with innovative elements, including French salt, German hops, and a unique touch of fennel seeds. Brewed at the OMAKA brewery, located just two kilometers from the hotel, 1874 is a tribute to our 150 years of innovation and artisanship.
