EPSI Rating & Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (together forming the EPSI Rating Group) is an independent organisation that provides neutral performance assessments to a multitude of users. It is a trusted organisation within research and rating of non-financial performance indicators such as customer and employee satisfaction. Founded in 1999, EPSI Rating Group predominantly conducts research in the Nordic countries, Baltic states and the United Kingdom, but also has research activities in the Netherlands. In 2016, EPSI Rating Group collected more than 500.000 customer interviews and continuously publishes aggregated results and findings. The EPSI Rating Group helps companies and organizations gain stakeholders insight by not only providing accurate results on own performance but also benchmarking the results against competition and other relevant organisations. Furthermore, all data is analyzed by the EPSI Framework which enables companies to take fact based decisions on how to effectively improve performance.
