EPSI Rating & Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (together forming the EPSI Rating Group) is an independent organisation that provides neutral performance assessments to a multitude of users. It is a trusted organisation within research and rating of non-financial performance indicators such as customer and employee satisfaction. Founded in 1999, EPSI Rating Group predominantly conducts research in the Nordic countries, Baltic states and the United Kingdom, but also has research activities in the Netherlands. In 2016, EPSI Rating Group collected more than 500.000 customer interviews and continuously publishes aggregated results and findings. The EPSI Rating Group helps companies and organizations gain stakeholders insight by not only providing accurate results on own performance but also benchmarking the results against competition and other relevant organisations. Furthermore, all data is analyzed by the EPSI Framework which enables companies to take fact based decisions on how to effectively improve performance. Over the last years technological advancements have made it easier for individuals to invest by simplifying the investment process. This transformation is changing the needs and expectations that customers have towards their savings providers. EPSI recently did a survey to find out how satisfied people in the Nordics are with these services. Our analysis shows that the Finns on average are relatively happy, while the Norwegians think there's room for improvement. Our customer satisfaction results for the insurance industry are now available! The Nordic results and feedback are more homogeneous than before, but it is still the Danes that are most satisfied. One explanation for this could be that the Danish insurance companies have a closer relationship with their customers and are better at contacting their customers to give them insurance advice. I was really pleased to present alongside Chris Teasdale at Handelsbanken's UK Leadership event last week, where we discussed how we are 'Delivering Together on Customer Satisfaction.' We invited 3 of our long-standing customers to the stage to hear directly from them about what we do well, what we can improve on, and how their customer needs may change in the future. Handelsbanken continually strive for the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction, and we are proud to have recently been ranked #1 for Customer Satisfaction by EPSI Rating Group, and #1 for Relationship / Account Management in the CMA's independent Customer Satisfaction survey for SMEs in the UK.
