Cloetta’s first Future Leadership Academy is now complete! 🎉 "This is a program aimed at developing and strengthening employees with leadership potential", says Tove Parot, HR Director Scandinavia. The program focus on foundations of leadership: self-awareness, effective communication and feedback, and culminated last week with presentations in pairs in front of fellow participants, expert trainer Jessica Schöön and members of the Swedish management team. Padelia, kehonhuoltoa vai palauttava kävelyretki metsässä? Unelmien liikuntapäivän tavoitteena on löytää jokaiselle sopivin tapa liikkua. Cloetta oli jo kolmatta kertaa mukana järjestämässä Suomen suurinta ja iloisinta liikkumisen juhlapäivää. Unelmien liikuntapäivä on osa Cloettan ja @FinnishOlympicCommitte - Suomen Olympiakomitean yhteistyötä. Cloettalla liikuttiin sekä ohjatusti pienryhmissä että itsenäisesti. Tarjolla oli niin lempeää kehonhuoltoja ja kuin kovatehoista kahvakuulatreeniä. Meet our colleague Marjolein Ansems, who is Customer Marketing Manager at Cloetta in the Netherlands. What do you do at Cloetta? As a Customer Marketing Manager, me and the team are responsible for everything what takes place on the (online) shop floor. Category management is responsible for assortment & shelf advice at our customers for the total category. Shopper Marketing & E-commerce are responsible for brand activities on the (online) shop floor of our customers in a broad range of channels. As a team we want to present our brands in the best possible way for the shopper! An important project for this year is our new Category Vision which we will present in late spring to our customers. With this Category Vision we make a joint customer plan for future growth of the category. What is the most interesting thing about working at Cloetta? First of all Cloetta is a really ‘nice’ place to work, in Dutch we say ‘gezellig’. There is no good translation for this in English 😉. On the other hand it is fun to work with a broad range of brands/products, which all have a distinct contribution for the consumer, which creates a lot of opportunities in a lot of channels. What is your favorite Cloetta candy? My favorite candy is a mix of Venco, Droptopper Krakend & Zacht! I discovered these after a year working at Cloetta and since that moment it is my favorite.
