    At Cellfion, we take pride in our state-of-the-art fuel cell test bed, Evaluator C10-LT. This advanced equipment is crucial in examining and refining our Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) membranes. Our test bed allows comprehensive testing and characterization of: 🔍 Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs) 🔍 Catalysts 🔍 Gas Diffusion Layers 🔍 Bipolar Plates 🔍 Single Cells, Stacks, and Stack Systems Our test bed operates with a current capacity of up to 100 A, a maximum voltage of 6 V, and a power output of up to 100 W. This setup allows us to test single PEMFCs with varying contact areas or up to 3-5 small fuel cell stacks (e.g., 5 cm² each). By simulating realistic operating conditions with hydrogen and other gaseous media, we can accurately assess the electrical and thermal performance of our electrochemical energy generators. This rigorous testing is essential for advancing our cellulose-based membrane solutions and ensuring their reliability and efficiency in the market.     Cellfion's cellulose-based membrane has been successfully tested for utilization in Zn ion hybrid capacitors. This exploration demonstrated that Cellfion’s sulfonated cellulose membrane enables long-life Zn plating/stripping and high-performance Zn ion hybrid supercapacitors, offering a viable alternative to traditional glass fiber separators. "This work demonstrates the application of a cost-effective, thin, mechanically robust, highly cross-linked, and dendrite-free separator manufactured using abundant resources and environmentally friendly methods. The use of this separator has enabled the fabrication of durable, dendrite-free, and high-performing ZHCs, which can also be applied in various battery applications".
