A few weeks ago, our colleagues from Sweden, Norway, and Finland pulled off an event known as The Hunt 🎯—the biggest event in the Nordics for HR people, gathering together over 3000 professionals from the field and organized in three locations, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki. The day was packed with networking opportunities, inspiring talks, and insights into the newest recruitment and HR trends. Let's hear from our colleague Nina T., how it all went from the organizer's point of view 🙌 --------- Fᴀɴᴛᴀsᴛɪᴄ ᴇᴠᴇɴᴛ ʏᴇsᴛᴇʀᴅᴀʏ! Wʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴇʀᴇ sᴏᴍᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜʟɪɢʜᴛs ғᴏʀ ʏᴏᴜ? Thank you, there were many highlights during the day! First of all it was of course the teamwork, that made it all happen. Secondly, our speakers were amazing - they made me laugh, cry and be curious about the future. And last but not least the fact, that I got to know so many new faces from the field was so nice! Gʀᴇᴀᴛ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴛᴏ sʜᴏᴡᴄᴀsᴇ ᴏᴜʀ ᴄʀᴏss-Nᴏʀᴅɪᴄ ᴄᴏʟʟᴀʙᴏʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴡɪᴛʜ Nᴏʀᴡᴀʏ ᴀɴᴅ Fɪɴʟᴀɴᴅ, ᴅᴏɪɴɢ Tʜᴇ Hᴜɴᴛ ғᴏʀ ᴛʜᴇ ғɪʀsᴛ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ɪɴ Sᴛᴏᴄᴋʜᴏʟᴍ. Hᴏᴡ ᴡᴀs ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏʟʟᴀʙᴏʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴘʀᴏᴄᴇss ʟᴇᴀᴅɪɴɢ ᴜᴘ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇᴠᴇɴᴛ? Definitely! I work in a Nordic team so we are used to the cross-Nordic collaboration, but this was the first time taking The Hunt Nordic and it was so much fun! We started planning this a while ago - and our Nordic project lead Ingeborg has been such a star. It is always thousands of things to think of when planning an event - and even more, when it’s happening in three locations and parts of it are broadcasted live in three countries. Close collaboration made it all work very well! Hᴏᴡ ᴅᴏ ʏᴏᴜ sᴇᴇ Tʜᴇ Hᴜɴᴛ ᴍᴏᴠɪɴɢ ғᴏʀᴡᴀʀᴅ? According to the feedback survey we sent out, 100% of those who answered would like to attend the Hunt next year again! So, based on this feedback, I’m very hopeful about the prospect of hosting The Hunt next year for our customers. Hopefully, we can invite even more people, listen to great speakers again and who knows - maybe we’ll give out an award or two, like we do in Norway. We are here for our customers, and we strive to improve every day.
