This time, we'd like to introduce Gaganpreet Singh from our Professional Services department. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲? I currently work as an Integration Specialist for the Nordics. My role involves ensuring seamless integration and successful launches for enterprise clients. This includes cross-functional coordination, quality assurance, testing and post-integration support. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆? The opportunity to work with a dynamic team in an international environment was highly appealing. I saw Benify as a place where I could contribute my skills and expertise while also learning and growing professionally. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆? The culture at Benify, particularly in my team, can be described as collaborative, supportive, and driven by innovation. Among the various components of my job, what I enjoy the most is the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to solve complex integration challenges. I find fulfillment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and then designing and implementing solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

This time, we'd like to introduce Alice Wernersson. Tell us about your role working as a Management Trainee at Benify. What does that involve? The trainee role is cross-functional and mainly works with the business development team and the executive leadership team, but also with other parts of the entire organization. I started with a rotational introduction where I visited all departments at the company. Since then, I have been taking part in various project, spanning across different areas of the company. What initially attracted you to Benify? I first got to know the Benify platform as a user through a previous employer, which I really enjoyed. Later, I learned about the trainee program and then read up on the company's profile. My initial impression was that Benify is dynamic, constantly evolving and experiencing expansion which I wanted to be a part of. I also sensed a strong and positive company culture. What attracted me to Benify turned out to be very accurate! How would you describe the culture within Benify? When I started working at Benify, everyone was very welcoming and instantly made me feel like a part of the team, and the company at large. In my team as well as across the whole company, the culture is very positive. Everyone is supportive, hard-working and challenges themselves and others in the best way. Also, there are often fun activities to join which also enhances the sense of belonging! What part of your job do you enjoy the most, given its many components? In this role at Benify, you are given several opportunities for career development as you will be working in different teams with a variety of tasks. However, a portion of the role is left for me as a trainee to shape and decide depending on individual skills and organizational needs, which I enjoy alot. In this role, I also highly value the experience I gain from the people I meet and the projects I get to take part in.

Day #2 at Zukunft Personal. And the excitement continues to build! One thing we’re hearing more and more is the strong interest in fostering partnerships and deeper collaboration across the industry.
