At Aira, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. From initial contact and installation, to aftercare, we strive to make the experience of switching to a heat pump as effortless as possible.  This comment from a customer, featured on an HD Green article written by Luigi Melita, following the launch of our Lainate Hub and Academy in Italy, captures what we aim to deliver with every install: "I have had the 8 kW Aira heat pump installed for about three weeks now. I confirm that the process described in the article is just that. I had read an article by Aira presenting the heat pumps at Milan Design Week and intrigued, I requested information using the form on the website. The next day I got a call from an Aira technician and once he had listened to my needs, he suggested a home visit by one of their technicians for a free quote. A couple of weeks later the visit took place and I was immediately offered a quote with all the technical characteristics of the system that would be suitable. The price was really attractive considering the features of the machine and a couple of days later I accepted the offer. Another two weeks passed and two Aira technicians carried out the installation, which was finished in just over two days. They worked perfectly, with great professionalism and courtesy, meeting my every need. So in less than a month I had the system up and running, which is almost unbelievable given the times I had been presented with by [other] installers at much higher prices. Check out the action from the official opening event of our new Lainate Hub & Academy.  The new clean energy-tech centre will create hundreds of highly skilled jobs in Northern Italy, contributing to our goal of hiring 4,000 clean energy experts across Italy over the next decade. We were honoured to have the Councilor of economic growth of Lombardia Guido Guidesi join us, alongside alberto landonio, Mayor of Lainate and Giacomo Di Foggia, Budget Councilor of Lainate. This milestone marks a significant step in our mission to decarbonise Europe, one home at the time.

Today, we officially opened the doors to our Lainate Hub in Milan, alongside esteemed guests. This is Aira Italy's biggest operational centre and home to our Italian Aira Academy. Aira Italy Executive Chairman, Mats Ulriksson was joined by Guido Guidesi, Councilor for Economic Development of Lombardy, alberto landonio, Mayor of Lainate, Giacomo Di Foggia, Budget Councilor of Lainate, together with the rest of the Aira Lainate Team, guided by Francesco Cinalli, Head of Region North and Elena Cutrupi, Academy Manager.
