Introducing new user roles: Super Administrator - Can do everything in both the Aimplan portal and within the visuals. This, along with the Consultant role, is the only one that can manage storage tables in the portal. Administrator - Can do everything except manage storage tables in the portal, meaning they can add/edit measures, companies, scenarios, and users. But they can use all features in the Aimplan visuals. Full User - Can use all features in all Aimplan visuals, like adding/editing input values. But they can't make changes in the portal itself. Data Input Only - Can only use the Data Input Visual in Aimplan. Report Only - Can only read reports in Aimplan visuals, not add/edit values. Consultant - Equals the Super Administrator role but isn't included in the licenses. These new user types give our customers much more granular control over permissions and access. It equips them to empower their teams with the right level of functionality, without risking accidental changes to the underlying data models and planning structures. As always, our goal at Aimplan is to make financial planning, forecasting, and analysis as smooth and powerful as possible for our users.
