    My boss stalked me into my current job. Fair play. It was GENIUS! ☝ I wasn't looking for a job! But as I scrolled through social media, I noticed that the same company kept popping up everywhere. Day 1: Opened Snapchat → Saw a job ad Day 2: Opened TikTok → Saw an employer branding ad Day 4: Opened Facebook → Saw their EVP ad Day 6: Opened LinkedIn → Saw another job ad Day 8: Opened Instagram → Saw a video ad from the hiring manager They weren’t just showing me the same job ad - they were telling me a story.
