The company is a leading Dassault Systèmes Partner based in Vienna, Austria. Addnode Group announces today that it has signed an agreement to acquire Addoceo AB (Addoceo), a supplier of case management systems for transportation services and IT-solutions for retail businesses and manufacturing industries. "Addoceo is a well reputed IT company with solid expertise in software development and top-class customer satisfaction. Addoceo as part of Addnode Group means good opportunities to offer the case management system Navet to even more municipalities and regions," says Andreas Wikholm, Division President Process Management, Addnode Group.

Today, we celebrated our VP Business Development and major shareholder Jonas Gejer who, in the end of June, will retire from his current position and step in to a consultancy role for Addnode Group. Jonas was one of the founders of our subsidiary Technia, in Division Product Lifecycle Management, and has been with the company in different roles for 30 years. He will remain as a major shareholder in the company. Thanks for everything, Jonas!

Our company Canella IT Products announces a new client win, Apotek Hjärtat. Congrats to Canella's CEO Simonette Rahmberg and Team! Canella will be providing its proprietary software CanX to Apoteket Hjärtat. CanX is a software for prescription dispatch that is easy to integrate with many other business systems, such as systems for logistics, checkout and financials.
Canella och Apotek Hjärtat tecknar avtal om systemstöd för receptexpedition STOCKHOLM, 4 juni 2024 – Canella, ett dotterbolag till Addnode Group AB Group, har tecknat avtal med Apotek Hjärtat om leverans av systemstöd för receptexpedition av läkemedel inom öppenvårdsapotek. Avtalet sträcker sig över fem år, med möjlighet till förlängning. Voice Provider Sweden AB , in the Process Management division, has developed a voice-based booking system for the Swedish Transport Administration’s ferry operations (Färjerederiet), which operates cable ferries across Sweden. Trafikverket Färjerederiet’s goal is to be climate neutral by 2045. This booking system from Voice Provider optimizes ferry traffic so that carbon emissions are decreasing, but without reducing the availability of the ferries.

Addnode Group’s subsidiary Symetri USA, in the Design Management division, is collaborating with Bernheimer Architecture (BA) to reduce and visualize carbon emissions when designing new buildings. Key components include software such as Autodesk Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro and Navisworks.

Icebound AB, a company in division Process Management, has acquired 100% of the software GPS Timber. GPS Timber is a product for timberyard logistics and driver support that facilitates accurate and efficient management of raw materials at sawmills and pulp mills. The product is currently installed in over 40 industry facilities around Europe. Staffan Bygdén, CEO of Icebound: "GPS Timber is a vital system for clients who operates a sustainable and efficient sawmill or pulp mill industry.
