Ulcinj (Montenegrin: Ulcinj/Улцињ, pronounced [ǔlt͡siɲ]; Albanie: Ulqin or Ulqini, pronounced [ulcin]; Italian: Dulcigno, pronounced [dultʃiɲo]) is a coastal resort toun an municipality in Montenegro. The toun o Ulcinj haes a population o 10,828 (2003 census) o which the majority are Albanians. Ulcinj is the centre o the municipality an the centre o the Albanian community in Montenegro. The Day o Ulcinj is held every first Saturday o Aprile. It seembolizes the end o the collection o olives, the ootput o the sailors at the sea, an the beginnin o the tourist saison.
