Sabah is ane o the 13 member states o Malaysie, an is its eastmaist state. It is locatit on the northren portion o the island o Borneo. It is the seicont lairgest state in the kintra efter Sarawak, which it borders on its soothwast. It shares a border wi the province o North Kalimantan o Indonesie in the south. The caipital o Sabah is Kota Kinabalu, umwhile kent as Jesselton. Sabah is aften referred tae as "The Land Belaw The Wind", a phrase uised bi seafarers in the past tae describe land sooth o the typhoon belt.
