Add appropriate Breaks Replaces

Fix in commit 0f1a64f3 lost during import of the NMU

Closes: #760089

The testsuite needs a patched-and-built tree.
rw-build-tree is not patched (and we're not supposed to make any changes
to the built source tree), and I could not get build-needed to work. Since
the testsuite is quick enough run it as part of the normal build for now.
