We are likely in a stabilization phase following the recent interest rate cuts and cumulative inflation over the past few years. 🏠 The main driver of demand remains household formation (local residents, national migration to main cities, and international new residents), particularly evident in Riyadh. 🔄 Although the new supply is creating a “flight to quality,” the core demand remains steady due to new household formation. 📊 Another demand engine is the investment segment, fueled by the increase in rents (25% in certain areas of Riyadh, for example).
