    Each year the Leaders Under 40 Awards search out, evaluate and select the best talent in the business of sport globally.

    The 2015 search has been on to find the next generation of sports executives under 40 driving the global sports industry forward across five fields; Sales/Commercial, Marketing/Communications, Brand/Sponsorship, Technology and Leadership.

    The judges for this Leadership Award were looking for individuals who have:
    -Shown great leadership
    -Led a major change in their business or sport
    -Had a major impact on their business or sport
    -Demonstrated innovation in their organisation
