A Twine story where you go to bed. Except your thoughts prevent you from sleeping.

This story contains 495 words (Excluding the title screen and images, which would make it 499 if they were included) and is a linear experience made for Neo-Twiny Jam and Trans Representation Jam 2023.

CONTENT WARNINGS Suicide (considered), depression (implied?)
I am not used to writing these warnings (my games have never been like this before and in this case particularly, most of what I thought might of been subjective) so let me know if I could improve something here.

some of the lines really hit close to home. thank you for this, it was a bit cathartic

With how short it is, it's still has quite the impact!

This game does a great job of expressing difficult emotions and self-doubt. As I go through I keep thinking 'I get that.' Very relatable. Well done!

This was such a great game! It's hard to tackle tough topics like suicide, but I think you did it well. Though I can't relate to being trans, I have also had thoughts spiral when trying to go to sleep. How you shared your experience with depression and suicidal thoughts, especially as it relates to your identity, felt so genuine. I'll definitely look into your other works!

PS, I did notice a tiny typo in the third passage (second, not counting the title screen.) In the fourth thought, there's a space missing between "but" and "they." Like I said, small, just wanted to let you know! It doesn't affect the experience that much.

Once again, awesome game! :)

Thanks. I also corrected the spelling error.
